Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products purchased through our website.
Product Warranty
All the products we sell are brand new, unless specifically stated otherwise in the product description. We proudly carry only first-party products from leading manufacturers including Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo.
All consoles, video games, and accessories are backed by a one-year manufacturer warranty. If you experience any defects, malfunctions, or performance issues, the claim must be submitted directly to the manufacturer.
We do not process warranty claims in-house but are happy to help you get in touch with the correct support channel if needed.
Digital Content (Game Codes, Gift Cards, etc.)
All digital content sold on our website such as game codes, downloadable content (DLC), and gift cards—is subject to the following conditions:
- Digital items may have an expiration date, which will be stated in the product description when applicable.
- Once a digital code has expired or has been delivered, we are unable to provide a replacement, refund, or extension.
- Please ensure that you redeem digital codes promptly and on the correct platform/account.
